The solution for unpleasant odors
Sometimes in industry, organic and inorganic substances have odor properties which are not pleasant. As part of the goal of environmentally friendly and ecologically sound technologies, our company supports distribution of appropriate products for environmental hygiene and technical environmental protection. If the chemical structure of the odor molecules is known, it is normally easy to eliminate the odors by chemical conversion. Very often these undesirable odor sources in our environment have a complex chemical structure, which would lead to a complex solution. There are technical procedures to avoid the formation of these odors or to prevent their spread, however, it is common that these measures cannot be applied for reasons of profitability or ecology. Methods of odor removal
- Chemically: The odor molecules are separated or altered.
- Physically: The odor molecules are removed or diluted.
- Biologically: The odor molecules are degraded or converted by microorganisms.

What is maskomal® ?
Maskomal® is a mixture of a total of 19 different natural active substances which consists of aromatic oils and aliphatic compounds. This combination allows for the blocking of virtually any odor molecule. The effect of Maskomal® is based on a masking of unwanted odor molecules. These are blocked or encapsulated by a film-like coating with Maskomal® and no longer have a negative impact on the environment. Maskomal® can be applied nearly anywhere because the active ingredients are biologically neutral and non-corrosive, meaning chemical or physical reactions do not occur. For this reason, it is also non-toxic when it comes in contact with human Skin.
